Terms of Use

Article 1: Purpose

These "Terms of Use" are intended to provide a legal framework for the use of the cookie.menu website and its services.

This contract is concluded between:

The website manager, hereinafter referred to as "the Publisher".

Any natural or legal person wishing to access the site and its services, hereinafter referred to as "the User".

The Terms of Use must be accepted by every User, and access to the site constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Article 2: Legal notices

For legal entities:

The cookie.menu website is published by the company Eveasoft, SAS registered under the number 539 371 872, with its registered office at 43 rue de Pommard, 75012 PARIS.

The company is represented by ATH Consulting, in its capacity as president, itself represented by Mr. Guilhem LEBLON.

Article 3: Access to services

The User of the cookie.menu website has access to the following services:


  • Creation of a personal space for a restaurant
  • Creation and editing of menus in digital format
  • Generation of a QR code link and sharing

The cookie.menu website is accessible free of charge.

The free version of the service may contain advertising content, distributed notably through third-party partners such as Google Ads.

The Publisher also offers an optional paid plan ("Premium Plan") allowing in particular the removal of advertising and/or access to additional features.

The conditions and terms of subscription to this paid plan are specified at the time of subscription.

Any User with internet access can access the site free of charge from anywhere. The costs incurred by the User to access it (internet connection, computer equipment, etc.) are not the responsibility of the Publisher.

The site and its various services may be interrupted or suspended by the Publisher, particularly during maintenance, without prior notice or justification.

Article 4: Premium Plan – Paid subscription

The site may offer one or more paid plan(s) in the form of a subscription, allowing in particular the removal of advertising.

Payment for this subscription is made through the secure payment provider Stripe.

The Publisher does not have access to the User's banking data, which is processed exclusively by Stripe.

Any subscription to a paid plan is governed by separate Terms of Sale (), available at the time of subscription. ToS

Article 5: User responsibility

The User is responsible for the risks associated with the use of their login credentials and password.

The User's password must remain secret. In the event of password disclosure, the Publisher disclaims all responsibility.

The User assumes full responsibility for the use they make of the information and content on the cookie.menu website.

Any use of the service by the User that directly or indirectly results in damage must be compensated to the site.

The site allows members to create and publish restaurant menus and contact tracing registers.

The member agrees to keep their comments respectful of others and the law and accepts that their publications may be moderated or rejected by the Publisher, without obligation of justification.

By publishing on the site, the User grants the publishing company the non-exclusive and free right to represent, reproduce, adapt, modify, disseminate and distribute their publication, directly or through an authorized third party.

The Publisher undertakes to credit the member in case of use of their publication.

Article 6: Publisher responsibility

Any malfunction of the server or network cannot engage the Publisher's responsibility.

Similarly, the site's responsibility cannot be engaged in the event of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party.

The cookie.menu website undertakes to implement all necessary means to guarantee the security and confidentiality of data. However, it does not provide a total security guarantee.

The Publisher reserves the right not to guarantee the reliability of sources, although information published on the site is deemed reliable.

The Publisher shall not be held responsible for malfunctions or interruptions arising from third-party services used in connection with the site, including payment services (Stripe) or advertising services (Google Ads).

Article 7: Intellectual property

The content of the cookie.menu website (logos, texts, graphic elements, videos, etc.) is protected by copyright, under the Intellectual Property Code.

The User must obtain the authorization of the site publisher before any reproduction, copy or publication of these various contents.

These may be used by users for private purposes; any commercial use is prohibited.

The User is entirely responsible for any content they post online and agrees not to infringe on any third party.

The site publisher reserves the right to moderate or delete content posted by users freely and at any time, without justification.

Article 8: Personal data

The User must provide personal information to register on the site.

The user's email address may be used by the cookie.menu website for communication of various information and account management.

Cookie.menu guarantees respect for the user's privacy, in accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 on information technology, files and civil liberties.

Personal data collected via the contact tracing register is stored on a server in France and protected by an encryption system. In accordance with the requirements of the CNIL and the government, contact data is automatically deleted from our servers after 14 days.

Under articles 39 and 40 of the law of January 6, 1978, the User has the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose their personal data. The User exercises this right via:


  • Their personal space on the site;
  • By email at hello@cookie.menu;
  • By post to 43 rue de Pommard 75012 PARIS.

In the context of advertising display, certain advertising partners (notably Google Ads) may collect technical data or advertising identifiers in accordance with applicable regulations.

In the context of payments related to the Premium plan, certain data necessary for subscription management may be processed by the provider Stripe.

Article 9: Hypertext links

The domains to which the hypertext links on the site lead do not engage the responsibility of the Publisher of cookie.menu, who has no control over these links.

It is possible for a third party to create a link to a page of the cookie.menu website without the express authorization of the publisher.

Article 10: Changes to the Terms of Use

The cookie.menu website reserves the right to modify the clauses of these Terms of Use at any time and without justification.

In case of substantial modification affecting a paid plan or an ongoing subscription, the User will be informed before renewal.

Article 11: Termination of the Premium plan

The User can cancel their Premium subscription at any time from their personal space or via the tools provided in the interface.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.

Article 12: Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Code, the User has in principle a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.

However, when the User requests immediate activation of the Premium plan, they expressly acknowledge waiving this right, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

Article 13: Duration of the contract

The duration of this contract is indefinite. The contract takes effect for the User from the beginning of use of the service.

Article 14: Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

This contract is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably between the User and the Publisher, the courts of Paris are competent to settle the dispute.
